Profiling and Personalisation

Location Data (Indi Trax)
When activated, Indi Trax collects real-time location data based on your device permissions. Location sharing is optional, can be disabled at any time, and is only visible according to your chosen privacy settings.
Profile Visibility, Content Sharing & Privacy Controls
The Platform provides users with the ability to adjust certain profile visibility settings, including options such as "Followers Only" or "Private Profile". These settings are designed to give users control over how specific profile elements appear within the Platform.
Scope of Visibility Settings
Visibility settings apply only to the specific profile elements identified within the Platform interface. These may include profile details, journey overview displays, country map summaries, follower or following lists, and profile-level content presentation. These settings do not automatically apply to all content across the Platform.
Public Areas of the Platform
Content that you choose to share in public areas of the Platform may remain visible to other users, regardless of profile-level visibility settings. Public areas may include the Discover feed, public posts, public journeys, comments, creator content, shared experiences, and interactions (likes, saves, reposts). Adjusting your profile to "Private" or "Followers Only" does not automatically render previously shared public content private.
Content Permanence & Interactions
Content interacted with by other users (e.g., liked, saved, commented on, shared) may remain visible within those interactions. Content may remain accessible within another user's saved items, shared journeys, or discussion threads. Deleting or restricting your profile does not guarantee removal of content already shared or interacted with by others.
Screenshots & External Sharing
We cannot control screenshots taken by other users, external recording of content, sharing of content outside the Platform, or reposting of publicly available material. Users should exercise caution when sharing personal or sensitive information.
Location-Based Features
If you enable location sharing (including Indi Trax), your location may be visible to other users in accordance with the settings selected within that feature. Disabling profile visibility does not automatically disable location sharing. Location settings must be adjusted separately within the relevant feature controls.
No Guarantee of Absolute Confidentiality
While we provide privacy controls to support user choice, no privacy setting guarantees absolute confidentiality within the Platform environment. Users are responsible for understanding how their selected privacy settings affect the visibility of their content and activity.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active and for up to 60 days after account deletion requests. Financial records may be retained for up to six (6) years in compliance with UK tax law. Analytics logs and support communications may be retained for up to 24 months.
Account Deletion and Anonymisation
You may request account deletion at any time. During the 60-day deletion period, your account is hidden and can be reactivated. After this period, personal data is erased or anonymised, except where retention is legally required.
Sharing of Personal Data
We may share personal data with trusted third-party processors including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email service providers, and print partners. All processors are contractually bound to comply with data protection laws.
International Transfers
