Our Role as a Platform

Indi Travel Guide Ltd provides a digital platform that enables users to share travel content, reviews, live location (“Indi Trax”), creator content, and brand collaborations.

You must not misuse the Platform or attempt to manipulate its systems

User Responsibility & Content Visibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for understanding how your visibility settings affect your content
• Content shared in public areas may remain visible regardless of profile-level settings
• Content may be reshared, distributed, or interacted with by other users
• You should not share content you do not wish to be publicly accessible

Illegal Content

You must not post, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Relates to terrorism or extremist content
• Involves child sexual exploitation or abuse
• Incites violence or criminal behaviour
• Constitutes fraud or deception
• Infringes intellectual property rightsr

We may remove such content and report it to relevant authorities.

Authenticity & Manipulation

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Submit fake or manipulated reviews
• Artificially inflate engagement (e.g. bots, purchased likes, follows
• Fail to disclose paid partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial relationships

Fraud, Scams & Misrepresentation

You must not:

• Promote scams, fraudulent schemes, or fake giveaways
• Impersonate individuals, brands, or organisations
• Sell counterfeit, invalid, or non-existent goods or services
• Solicit money or personal data under false pretences

Indi Trax & Location Features

You must not use location-based features to:

• Stalk, track, or harass other users
• Exploit filters or bypass safeguards
• Facilitate illegal or unsafe activity

You acknowledge that offline interactions with other users are undertaken at your own risk.

Harassment, Abuse & Harmful Behaviour

You must not engage in:

• Bullying, harassment, or threats
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Doxxing or sharing private information
• Sexual exploitation or coercion
• Coordinated or targeted harassment

Creator Conduct

Creators must:

• Provide genuine and authentic recommendations
• Clearly disclose sponsorships, partnerships, or paid promotions
• Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims
• Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws

We may suspend or revoke Creator status at our discretion.

Public Nature of Creator Accounts

Creator accounts are public-facing by design.

• Content published by Creators is publicly visible within the Platform and may appear in feeds, search results, recommendations, and promotional areas.
• Creators should only publish content they are comfortable making publicly accessible.
• Privacy settings available to standard user accounts do not apply to Creator accounts.

Advertising & Commercial Activity

You must not:

• Engage in unauthorised advertising or promotions
• Conduct undisclosed affiliate marketing
• Send spam or repetitive promotional content

All commercial activity must comply with applicable laws and our Creator Terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

You must not upload, share, or use content that:

• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Uses music, video, images, or other materials without appropriate rights or permissions

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you post.

Platform Security & Integrity

You must not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data without authorisation
• Reverse engineer or interfere with Platform functionality
• Circumvent moderation systems or safeguards
• Create accounts to evade enforcement actions

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you post.

Reporting & Notice Mechanism

EU Digital Services Act – Notice & Action

For users within the European Union, we will:

Repeated Violations

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension

You must not create new accounts to bypass enforcement actions.
