Promotional Terms & Conditions – Pizza Pilgrims Voucher Offer

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is offered by Indi Travel Guide Ltd in partnership with Pizza Pilgrims Ltd (Company number: 08292290, Registered office: 23 Carnaby Street, London, United Kingdom, W1F 7DD). By signing up to this promotion, eligible participants will receive a £5 off Pizza Pilgrims voucher.

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
• Each eligible user may only sign up once. Duplicate or fraudulent sign ups will not qualify.

3. Voucher Fulfilment

• To claim the voucher, participants must sign up via the Indi Travel Guide promotional form and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Registered users’ email addresses will be securely shared with Pizza Pilgrims Ltd for the purpose of sending out the voucher.
• Registered users’ opt into Pizza Pilgrims marketing.
• Pizza Pilgrims Ltd will email the £5 voucher to eligible participants within 7 days of signing up.
• The £5 voucher can be used at Pizza Pilgrims Manchester pizzeria only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. No change is given. A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to every bill. The voucher will be valid until 31st November 2025.

4. Data Sharing and Privacy

• By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you consent to Indi Travel Guide Ltd sharing your email address with Pizza Pilgrims Ltd.
• Pizza Pilgrims Ltd will process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the promotional voucher and in line with their Privacy Policy.
• Indi Travel Guide Ltd will process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

5. General Terms

• Indi Travel Guide Ltd and Pizza Pilgrims Ltd reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• No cash alternative is available. Vouchers are non-transferable and subject to Pizza Pilgrims Ltd’s terms of use.
• Neither Indi Travel Guide Ltd nor Pizza Pilgrims Ltd accept responsibility for any technical issues, delays, or errors in the delivery of vouchers.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
